We are committed to providing outstanding service and being a creative member of our client's team.  We customize our training and database solutions to ensure that we're meeting your needs.  We have an outstanding training and programming staff and provide exceptional service at competitive prices.  Most of our consultants have been with us for over 7 years and have been in the training industry for an average more than 15 years!

Do you customize classes?

Yes!  Our team will work side by side with you to make sure you get all of the topics you want in class.  We can incorporate any of your own business documents or files into the training session. 
 

Do you have a training facility where we can send our students?

We primarily train on-site at our client’s office or home.  We may be able to schedule training at other training facilities for an additional charge.

Do you have a class schedule?

Since all of our training is customized, we do not offer a public class schedule.

Do you offer training for individuals at home as well as the office?

Yes!  We understand that a lot of individuals work from home, therefore we can come to your home or your office to conduct your training session.  We can even hold evening or weekend training sessions if that is more convenient for you.

How soon can you schedule training?

We’ll do our best to get the training scheduled as soon as you need it.  We normally ask for at least a week’s notice.

What time are classes scheduled?

We schedule class times to meet your requirements.  Most our clients prefer full day classes, which are usually scheduled from 8:30 to 4:30 pm.  We can also schedule half day or hourly sessions.
 

What is your cancellation policy?

Classes must be cancelled at least 4 full business days in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.

What form of payment do you accept?

We accept company check or Paypal.  Terms are 30 days from the date of your invoice.
